|Recommended: YesAbove.and beyond staff — This move in by no fault of your apartment has been one headache after another for me..but your staff at the holiday garden apartments has gone above.and beyond every step of the way... I am more.than impressed with there patience with me ..and this difficult experience has been made.an easy one...thank u again for all your help

|Recommended: YesMaintenance — The the maintenance man doesn't keep his word when he say he's going to come and do something he don't do it and he is rude to which I don't like that you can't tell people what to do in their Apartments when he don't pay the rent
|Recommended: YesUnknown — It is pretty quiet for the most part but then you have certain neighbors that are loud with their music and they are very loud with their talking but other than that the property is quiet.

|Recommended: NoWe lived there for many years and the management was aweful They would spy on tenants and harassment us. For example...my daughter happened to be in a relationship with a previous tenant. He came to visit her at our apartment and we were told he was not allowed to be at our place. He was evicted because he could not afford his rent and so they deemed him a bad person because of this and then wouldn't let him visit my daughter. We moved out because we felt they had no right to tell us who we could have over in the privacy of our space.
